Clinic and Micro
- Complete Registration Form.
- Check payable for $50 to the Wenonah Athletic Association (WAA).
- Mail or drop off all forms and payment to Donna Lamborne, 7 E. Mantua Ave, Wenonah, NJ 08090.
Travel Players (3rd Grade and Up)
If your child DID play on a Wenonah team in the Fall of 2011:
- Complete Registration Form.
- Complete Player Membership Form.
- Check payable for $110 to the Wenonah Athletic Association (WAA).
- Provide updated headshot for their player card.
- Medical release forms ARE NOT required if your child previously participated. A copy of their birth will be obtained from the District Commissioner.
If your child DID NOT play on a Wenonah team in the past:
- Complete Registration Form.
- Complete Player Membership Form.
- Medical Release Form should completed and notarized.
- Enclose a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
- Check payable for $110 to the Wenonah Athletic Association (WAA).
- Provide updated headshot for their player card.

Once the forms/packets have been completed, please ensure they are mailed or delivered to Donna Lamborne, 7 E. Mantua Ave, Wenonah, NJ 08090.
